6:30pm – 8:00pm Square and Compass - Fellowship Dinner – all Brothers are invited; bring your friends to enjoy food
prepared by Chef Martinelli! We will have a guest speaker from the Green Alliance.
8:30pm – 9:00pm Officer Meeting - Wardens, Deacons, Secretary, Treasurer and active Past Masters requested to attend.
Tuesday, May 8
5:30pm - 9:00pm Moses Paul Cribbage night - Registration at 5:30pm, tournament at 6:00pm, $10 entrance fee.
Semi-public. The season winner’s represented lodge will be awarded the coveted Masonic Square Cribbage Board.
Thursday, May 10
6:00pm – 7:00pm Fundraising Association Meeting – Bring a few dollars for pizza. To discuss viability of Golf Tournament
and progress of other projects. 7:00pm - 9:00pm Rehearsal with DDGL (EA°) - All Officers required to attend for Inspection on 5/24.
Casual Dress.
Thursday, May 17
7:30pm - 9:30pm Stated Meeting – Officer Step-Up Night and Africa Stories
The Officers will be moving up one chair and opening/closing the lodge with help from a prompter.
Brother Michael Stanley from Springvale Lodge will be presenting on his trip to Uganda.
Officer dress sports coat /collared shirt and tie.
Saturday May 19th – Grand Lodge Annual Communication in Manchester 9:00am – registration - all MM’s welcome,
contact Brother Lapoint or Wor. Puleo if you’re interested in attending.
Thursday, May 24 Annual Inspection with the DDGL (EA°) –William Pitt Tavern's lodge room
6:00pm – 7:00pm Light Meal at the Tavern ($5) and Museum visit
7:00pm – EA Degree and Inspection on candidate, officer dress is tuxedos There is adequate parking space in Strawbery
Banke's main lot, which is about a 100 yard walk from the tavern.
Thursday May 31 (or another night that week) Place holder for FC degree, visit to another lodge or volunteering effort.
